Colin Hollidge

Artist's Statement:

With a passion for imagery, I have spent all of my life being visually distracted, much to the frustration of people around me. From the age of 5 years old, people asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would always reply "an artist!" However 40 years on and they have now stopped asking. In my mind I am either working on my next project or immersed in a current piece, with the exception of my family, nothing gives me more pleasure than painting and observing.
