Payment

If you see something you like in the gallery, then you can use the usual methods of payment- cash or card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron are all accepted.)

For website purchases you can buy securely online using Paypal. Alternatively, we can also accept card payment by telephone on 01799 522947 between 10am and 4pm Tuesday to Saturday.

Delivery
Your order will be carefully wrapped and usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within five working days, a signature is required on receipt.

If you are interested in purchasing any piece of artwork that appears on the website but is not available to buy online please do not hesitate to contact us by email or by telephone (+44 01799 522947).

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items we recommended you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Instalment plan
Any picture can be reserved by putting down a deposit (minimum 30%). The rest can be paid by instalments in as large or small amounts as you can afford and when you can afford them, up to a maximum of one year. Once the balance is fully paid off, you can then take home and admire your new purchase.

 
Gift Vouchers
Ideal for Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries, Christmas, or for any other reason, Church Street Gallery has vouchers that can be exchanged for anything in the gallery except framing. These are available in £20 and £50 amounts. If you would like to buy these online please click on the buttons below:
